Our AAU Program
AAU(Amateur Athletic Union) is a non-profit sport association that consists of multiple sport teams competing against one another in a safe environment
Playmaker Academy Pumas:
This is our specific team name. We have both boys and girls teams with age groups ranging from 4th-12th.
Seasons:
To serve as many players as possible, our program is year-round

Summer AAU
Winter AAU
Competition:
We strive to face tough competition in order to help our players develop. Each AAU season is unique in terms of operation
Spring AAU(March-June): Our teams travel to tournaments within the Dutchess-Weshester-Putnam county region. Most tournaments consist 4 games in total that occur throughout the weekend(typically 2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday).
** Our more advanced teams may travel/commute further**
Summer AAU(June-August): Our teams compete in a league that takes place at House of Sports. They will typically have between 1-2 games during the week or on a weekend.
Winter AAU(September-February): Our teams compete in a league that takes place at House of Sports. They will typically have between 1-2 games on the weekends(occasionally during the week).
Practices:
As of now, practices are once a week(weekday afternoons) for each team , and take place at Taconic Sport and Racquet
